This policy explains how AdSofa handles personal data when you visit adsofa.eu or contact us. AdSofa is an independent performance marketing business based in the European Union and is responsible for the processing described here.

Summary

This website does not use cookies, analytics, tracking pixels, advertising tags or contact forms, and it does not load content from third parties. We do not sell personal data.

Data processed when you visit the website

When you open this website, our hosting provider automatically processes technical information needed to deliver the pages and keep the service secure: your IP address, the date and time of the request, the page requested, and your browser and device type. This information is kept in short-term server logs, is not used to identify you, and is not combined with other data. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in running a secure website (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).

When you email us

If you write to admin@adsofa.eu, we receive your email address, the content of your message and any details you choose to include. We use this only to reply to you and to handle your request. Our email is delivered through an email forwarding service that processes messages on our behalf. We keep correspondence only as long as needed for the enquiry, or longer where the law requires. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in answering enquiries, or taking steps before entering a contract (Art. 6(1)(b) and (f) GDPR).

Our advertising

AdSofa runs ads on third-party platforms such as TikTok. If you see or interact with one of our ads, the platform processes your data under its own privacy policy. When you install an app after tapping one of our ads, the app's publisher and its measurement partners process data under their own privacy policies. AdSofa does not receive information that identifies you personally. We only receive aggregated campaign statistics such as impressions, clicks, installs and cost.

Your rights

Under the GDPR you have the right to access your personal data, and to have it corrected, deleted or its processing restricted. You also have the right to object to processing and to data portability. To use any of these rights, email admin@adsofa.eu. You also have the right to complain to the data protection supervisory authority in your country.

We may update this policy when our practices change. The date at the top shows when it was last updated.
